Edit this assembly on bullying to reflect your school's position on bullying. This assembly incorporates resources from Stonewall and Ditch The Label which we have used heavily over three years. We have seen a significant reduction in bullying. I strongly recommend Stonewall and Ditch The Label if you're looking for further support.

An introduction to what ASD is to help ALL students better understand the condition to promote inclusivity and help them understand that ASD a condition that can (and should be) easily supported by everyone. I've used Sesame Street and Big Bang Theory to help students understand how ASD presents differently in different people. Peer to Peer Abuse - Staff Awareness Safeguarding CPD

Peer to peer abuse is high on the Ofsted agenda for safeguarding CPD provision. This CPD brings together a number of definitions / domains of P2P abuse including bullying, sexual, physical and others. This CPD refers to MyConcern as the tool of reporting child protection concerns within a school setting - if you do not use my concern, please update this slide to reflect the CP Policy you require your staff to follow. Adjust this session to your needs. There are many references included for you to do further research if you so wish. This is merely a starting point to raise awareness and alert staff to the every growing problem we face in UK schools.

I recently completed the NPQSL with a focus on developing SMSC across STEM subjects. I am happy to share my research with people to provide an example of best practice. There were no recommendations made from the assessor at National College who assessed this whereby it met all criterion for certification. Please acknowledge any citations in your own research, but do feel free to use this for your own research purposes.
